on Friday, October 28, 2016

Contrary to popular belief about the excess weigh in several individuals not causing damage, research has shown that it actually has a big influence in current times.
A strong lilnk has been found between obesity and breast cancer. Efforts have been  by various associations and medical researchers to create risk awareness but the public response has been relatively low.
Individuals understand that they jeopardize their health when they refuse to take steps of self-improvement by enrolling or taking up weight loss activities.
Firstly, people need to know how inherent fat causes cancer.
Fat functions like some of the human organs.
Its two main roles are:-
-Storing of calories in lipid form. These lipids provide energy even when the individual has not been eating them in awhile.
-It also performs the function of a gland to manage body processes like metabolism and growth.

Metabolism Effect
The human undergo a lot of processes before the human body can function properly. These
Processes are known as metabolic action. Relay information sent to the cells and organs of the body. Changes in the body occur when interpreted. When obesity occurs and there is excess fat in the body, these signals can offset this balance. Metabolism generates oxygen radicals which lead to oncogenic mutations. Excessive caloric intake in turn increases risk for cancers. Therefore people should cut their calorie intake when they are eating, especially during night time. The metabolism agent, insulin can be overridden by the excess of fats and seeing as cancer cells react to insulin and their causative agents, this can lead to their inability to fight off cancer cells.

Inflammation
As the obesity level of individuals arises, the higher the body’s chance of fat building. As a result, macrophages are created by the body to get rid of dead fat. Cytokines are released during the process of the clean up to draw other cells’ help to clean up chronic inflammation arises in this case because of the amount of macrophages. Research shows aspirin reduces inflammation. Although this situation lack evidence, it does not change the fact that there is a link between inflammation and case. In conclusion, obesity and cancer are linked to each other but how the process is made takes a long time to know.
