Personally, I believe that no matter how many health articles out there, there are still room for more. Why? Due to the increase of awareness in health in the society.
                Nowadays, people hit the gym and fitness studios like mad. It’s like trend. Unless you are sedentary folk, you’ll probably be fighting to be always be keeping fit on the calorie counter with your gym buddy.
                Firstly, how does exercised benefit your health? It reduces the risk of developing or dying from heart disease. If you’re dieting, fine. But you risk getting a heart attack if you don’t exercise. Exercise lowers blood pressure, as well as increasing good HDL cholesterol that help in blood circulation. It also reduces levels of bad LDL cholesterol.
Next, it also helps to reduce depression. Depressed people need more exercise. They need
to sweat it out. After sweating, body releases ‘happy’ hormones. Therefore, when you exercise, yousleep more. Depressed people always lack sleep. The exercise generally promotes the sleep. They become normal again after sweating it out.
Furthermore, it reduces chances of diabetes. First off, be sure to ask your doctor about the amount of medicine you’re consuming before exercising. Use weights to increase metabolism, thus weight reduction. Try walking, jogging, swimming and cardio activity.
Besides that, exercise aids to patients that got stroke. When the patients have stroke. They need to do some type of physical exercise to train their muscles to connect back to their nerve system. It increases not only aerobic capacity, but also sensorimotor functions
Next, it improves people’s health by curbing them from obesity. Obese people have all sorts of problems, like high cholesterol and high blood pressure. If you exercise, you are generally healthier and fitter. You also feel less moody and much happier. You will smile more when you exercise regularly.
Moreover, you have less back pain. Back pain is a horrible agonizing experience, expecially if you are a badminton player, tennis player, or squash player. You have to bend down to pick up the balls that fall on the ground. Furthermore you have to do housework. Just imagine. By working with a medical practitioner, you can try the workout to aid, prevent or help the back pain. Use baby pose to strengthen back, and pelvic tilt. Pelvic tilt strengthens abdominal muscle that the spine supports.
Besides, exercise is important people with arthritis. It strengthens the joint muscles, it gives your more energy when you go out during the day. Weight training is an example of a strengthening activity that helps arthritis. Remember to rest one day in between your workout period. Check with your personal trainer and also your doctor when you are conducting a workout session.

                Lastly, remember exercise also acts as an anti-aging factor. Exercise three to five times a week, drink a lot of water, and eat healthy. Cut your carbs, eat more oats, smile and pray. Remember, exercise is essential is for life. We need to exercise so that we have the energy to carry on our life.
