                The trend of the people nowadays. Hit the gym! We should stop procrastinating and get rid of all those layers of fat on our body! There are just so many benefits of working out. There are just so many benefits of working out just need to hit the gym.
                There are real benefits of regular exercise. It’s a slogan- exercise makes you feel younger. According to studies, people who exercise more are lowering their own body death rate.

                Another study states that exercise relieves symptoms of heart failure. It improves the quality of patient’s life. In some cases, reduces death risk. Dr Levine also point out that exercise isn’t just for people with good health and no illness.  
                There are also benefits of moderate exercise in people recovering from disease, but also those who are already well. Next, we have the benefits of exercise. Physical movement doesn’t have to be strenuous to produce outcome. Moderate exercise five to six times a week leads to good health benefits.
                There are simple guidelines in incorporating more physical into your life.
1.       Exercise at moderate intensity for at least two and a half hours spread over a period of each week.
2.       Avoid inactive periods, any exercise at all is better than none
3.       Interchange cardio activity (cardio) with weight-bearing exercises that strengthens major muscle groups at least twice a week

Physical fitness is making exercise a habit. The number one reason most people give excuses that they don’t exercise is lack of time. If you do not have time for exercise, try to exercise in a short period of fifteen to ten minutes per day. You will definitely reap the health benefits nevertheless. Dr Levin states that even small periods of exercise every day reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.

However, set realistic goals in your life. Climb stairs, walk to the store for shopping instead of driving. Try to jog at a park, instead of sitting in front of the TV.

Lastly, vary your routine, like swimming one day and trying to job the next day. Concentrate on one type of exercise for a short period of time – one to three months. Spend family time and play badminton with your parents or join a sports club, or a health club. The idea is to look at it like a routine like bathing and brushing hair. Most importantly, get enough sleep.
